Welcome to Dublin Iceland. we hope you have fun in our skating school. We offer a variety of classes designed for every skill level. We provide Private as well as Group Lessons. Click on a link below to learn more about our current offerings.

Parent and Me Ice Skating Classes Thursdays Feb 5th - Jan. 26th 10:00am - 11:00am This class is designed for Parents with Tots 3-5 years old. Each session will include a lesson for the Tots followed by a supervised snack break. During the snack break the parents will have a lesson. Everyone will skate together at the end of each session. The cost is $80.00 for Parent & Tot (each additional parent or Tot will be charged an extra $40) Earlybird discount is $65.00 if you register by Jan. 31st Price includes snack for the Tots and skate rental A $15.00 processing fee will be charged to all refunds There will be no refunds without a valid medical excuse from your doctor. Our classes use the Ice Skating Institute format which is taught all over the world. ISI encourages participation of ice skating as a Recreational Sport. Below are the Structure of ISI classes.

Adult Classes

Current Classes

Tots 1&2 - Beginner - Pre-Alpha - Alpha - Beta

Levels:

TOTS 1 (3-6yrs - 1st time skaters)
TOTS 2 (3-6yrs - must have passed Tots 1)
BEGINNER (ages 7 & older - 1st time skaters)
PRE-ALPHA (all ages - must have passed Beginner or Tots 2)
ALPHA (all ages - must have passed Pre-Alpha)
BETA (all ages - must have passed Alpha)

• Tuesday practice time is 7:45 - 9:00 pm
• Wednesday practice time is 2:00 - 4:30 pm
• Thursday practice time is 6:00 - 6:30 pm
  

• Re-registration for students who are already enrolled in our current series of classes will be on your class day (after your class) The week of June 1^st to June 6^th
• Open registration for new students begins June 8^th.
• This will be a 7-week series of classes.
• Earlybird special is $91.00 if you pay by July 5^th. After July 5^th - $111.00 if space is available

Payments may be made in person with cash or a credit card, or over the phone with a credit card.  Iceland accepts Visa or Mastercard only.

International Skating Institute (ISI) Membership is required for all first time skating school students.  A one year membership is $13.00  Payment may be made to ISI either by a seperate check or a seperate credit card payment to ISI at the time of registration or on the 1st day of class.  

Membership includes:

• Accident Insurance
• Opportunities to compete & perform
• ISI recreational skating magazine
• ISI membership card

Tots - Beta Classes include:

• Quality 30 minute lesson per week
• Free skate rentals on day of the lesson
• An evaluation of progress by the final week of the class
• Free scheduled practice session ( Before or after the class, depending on the class day)
• Punch card good for 3 public sessions.  SKATE RENTAL NOT INCLUDED
  (Card expires at the end of the session)

A skills list for all levels is available at the box office

Iceland has a no make-up policy.

Refunds will be issued only during the 1st week of the session.
(Less the first class - if skated)

Refunds after the 1st week will only be issued with a valid medical excuse from your doctor and $15.00 processing fee. Sorry, no exceptions

GAMMA - DELTA - FREESTYLE LEVELS 1-2:

Levels:

GAMMA      (all ages - must have passed Beta)
DELTA        (all ages - must have passed Gamma)
FREESTYLE 1   (all ages - must have passed Delta)
FREESTYLE 2  (all ages - must have passed appropriate freestyle class)

Skaters must have passed the freestyle 2 class or higher

• *SPECIAL*  $85.00 for skaters registering for both classes
• Drop in fee for a single class is $10.00
• Registration begins june 1st
• *Please Note* There are no practice sessions included with these classes
• Refunds will only be issued with a valid medical excuse from your doctor
• A $15.00 processing fee will be charged for all refunds. Sorry, no exceptions
• Classes & times are subject to change or cancellation

Learn To Skate Beginner Adult Class

*Note: Morning class practice is after class.
          There is no practice time before or after the evening class.

• Re-registration for students who are already enrolled in our current series of classes will be on your class day on June 8^th.
• This will be a 7-week series of classes.
• Earlybird special is $91.00 if you pay by July 5^th. After July 5^th- $111.00 if space is available.
  

Payments may be made in person with, cash, check, or a credit card, or over the phone with a credit card.  Iceland accepts Visa or Matercard only.

International Skating Institute (ISI) Membership is required for all first time skating school students.  A one year membership is $13.00

Payment made to ISI may be done with either a seperate check or a seperate credit card payment.  This may be done at the time of regsitration or on the first day of class.
